Thinking about adding some new plants in your yard to replace what was lost over the hot summer? All of our retirement communities have their own set of HOA, CCR's & Bylaws that you will be required to follow. For example, we live in Sun City Grand, now known as The Grand. We have guidelines for what we can or cannot plant in our yards. We are also required to have a certain amount of trees & bushes in our yards. Be sure to always check your HOA,CCR's & Bylaws before you make any exterior changes to your home. Many of them may require a form to be filled out and reviewed. Always do this 1st so there is no problems down the road if you decide to sell your home.
